Pointless Arguments

I don't think the Heat will win this year either. I think they'll need at least 1 season to get the chemistry right.
Plus, if the Celtics sign Shaq, I don't think anyone stops them from winning the East again, not even the Heat.
The Heat will most likely win the season after next, but don't count on them being a dynasty just yet.
The Knicks will form create their own big 3 in 2011, adding Carmelo & either Parker or Paul, hopefully Paul. That team, not the Heat, will be a dynasty. Four-peat!!!
I dont think they will need a year to gain chemistry. I do think they will be very successful this year. Eastern Conf Finals against Boston or Orlando. I dont think they will win either series personally. The NBA is completely trying to rebuild the classic rivilaries that made the NBA what it is. And I need to speak for franks smarter side. great thought but not going to happen.
@ Frank: You spoke of the devil and Shaq signed to the Celtics today. Crazy.
I like the idea of those guys playing and being one of the greater shows in sports, but I don't think they're past ego-trippin'. The floor is only so big man, everybody can't shine full-time. Somebody gotta fall back. I think Bosh can, not sure about LBJ.
Don't sleep on those Hawks!! If that comment alone doesn't tell the story, I'm not a huge NBA fan. I'm more of a College Basketball man myself... Go Duke!
Heat will win, but not this year. It's all in due time first. It come down to how fast can the trio mesh!!?
